We understand the small print is the last thing anyone wants to read, but we believe it's really important to be clear in the information we give you. We are Habitat Hotel & Spa, and our A to Z Guide sets out what we can expect from each other when you book a stay with Habitat Hotel & Spa.
A
Age Ranges
No under 16's can stay at Habitat Hotel & Spa alone. Guests 0 to 1 year olds are classed as infants, guests 2 to 15 year olds are classed as children, and guests 16+ are classed as adults.
Assisted Travel
If you or anyone you are travelling with has a disability, has a hearing impairment, is less mobile, or has a visual impairment, you should contact our Reservations Team by calling 0800 000 0000 or by emailing habitat.reservations.@habitathotelandspa.co.uk. Our Reservations Team can advise you which rooms will meet your requirements and are more suitable.

Check In / Check Out
You can check in to Habitat Hotel & Spa from 14:00 on the day of arrival. However, it is possible to check in from 11:00 with an additional 'Early Check In' charge of £25.00 between 11:00 and 14:00. Early check in is at the discretion of the Habitat Hotel & Spa Front Desk Team on the day of arrival. Check in before 11:00 is not permitted.
You must check out of Habitat Hotel & Spa by 12:00 on the day of departure.. However, it is possible to check out by 15:00 with an additional 'Late Check Out' charge of £25.00 between 12:00 and 15:00. Late check out is at the discretion of the Habitat Hotel & Spa Front Desk Team on the day of departure.
Cots
All of our guest rooms and suites can accommodate one cot (L 103cm, H76cm, W 73cm), but you will need to tell us when you reserve your stay. When you ask for a cot, we will also provide, at no additional charge, baby bath, bedding, bottle warmer, changing mat, food blender, listening monitor, playpen, and steriliser.
Our Habitat Restaurant will also provide a highchair, plastic bowl, cutlery, and plate.

Dress Code
Our Habitat Bar and Habitat Restaurant has a strict dress code of no shorts or sportswear after 17:00.

Guest Registration
When you arrive at Habitat Hotel & Spa, you will be required to complete a 'Guest Registration Form' which will contain details regarding your stay and our 'House Rules'. We will also ask for information regarding yourself, including:
- UK Nationals (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales) - Address, email address, name, telephone number, and vehicle registration.
- Non UK Nationals - Address, email address, name, nationality, next destination, passport details, telephone number, and vehicle registration.
This 'Guest Registration Form' is a legal requirement and must be completed by one guest (adult) from each guest room.

Half Board
Our 'Half Board' option includes:
- Breakfast buffet from our Habitat Restaurant daily between 07:00 and 11:00.
- Evening 3 course a la carte menu and one alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage from our Habitat Restaurant daily between 17:00 and 23:00.

Pet Friendly
Habitat Hotel & Spa are proud to welcome your four legged friends (cats and dogs) in one of our 12 exclusive 'Pet Friendly Guest Rooms'. Our Pet Friendly Guest Rooms include:
- Double Entry Door.
- Feeding & Water Bowl.
- Silentnight Orthopaedic Pet Bed.
Habitat Hotel & Spa charge a fee of £25 per stay (at Check In) for additional deep cleaning of our Pet Friendly Guest Rooms to ensure the guests four legged can have an enjoyable stay. All bedding and bowls are thoroughly cleaned after each use.
Our 'Classic Double Guest Rooms', 'Classic Twin Guest Rooms', and 'Suites' do not accommodate pets. Pets are not permitted in public areas of the hotel including bar, restaurant, and spa.

Room Accounts
Habitat Hotel & Spa offers the opportunity to open a room account at check in, which will allow you charge additional extras to your room. To open a room account, we require:
- Credit or Debit Card Verification.
- Identification (Driving Licence or Passport).
When you check out, our Front Desk Team will provide you with an invoice of extra purchases you have made. Payment will be taken.
If you leave Habitat Hotel & Spa without paying, we will process the credit or debit card you provided at the time of booking. If we are unable to process the credit or debit card, we will refer your room account to a third party debt collection agency, where additional charges and fees will be applied.
Room Service
We offer room service daily between 07:00 and 23:00. A supplemental charge of £7.50 per order will be added to all room service orders, including half board guests.. You will require a room account, as cash is not accepted for room service orders.

Tour Operators
If you have booked your holiday to Habitat Hotel & Spa through a tour operator and you wish to make amendments, cancellations, and special requests, you should contact your tour operator directly as we are unable to access your reservation.
Travel Agents
If you have booked your holiday to Habitat Hotel & Spa through a travel agents such as Agoda, Booking.com, Hotels.com and you wish to make amendments, cancellations, and special requests, you should contact your travel agent directly as we are unable to access your reservation.
Turn Down Service
Habitat Hotel & Spa offers a Turn Down Service to guests who have reserved a Suite, it is included within the cost of your stay. If you have reserved a Classic Double/Twin Guest Room, and wish to use our Turn Down Service, there is a charge of £15.00 per night. Our Turn Down Service can be arranged with our Front Desk Team and operates daily between 15:00 and 23:00.
