Habitat Hotel & Spa understands the importance of ensuring our hotel is fully accessible to all of our guests.
All guests are treated equal at Habitat Hotel & Spa and we are ensuring that every part of our hotel is accessible to all of our guests, whatever the hearing, mobility, or visual impairment.
We also encourage our guest facing employees to learn and practice British Sign Language, so we can engage further with more of our guests.

Habitat Hotel & Spa offers a number of dedicated accessible parking spaces with easy access to our main entrance.

A selection of 10 ground floor Accessible Guest Rooms (6 Double and 4 Twins) which are available only by calling Habitat Reservations.
Braille Signage
All signs within Habitat Hotel & Spa have braille tactile translations including in room signage.
Lifts To All Floors
All floors within Habitat Hotel & Spa are accessible by lifts including our Business Centre (Meeting Rooms) Leisure Club, and Spa.
Mobility Scooter Charging Points
If you are bringing a mobility scooter, we have a number of mobility scooter charging points.
Ramps In And Out
The hotel can be accessed by ramps fitted handrails in and out of our bar and main entrance.
Vibrating Pillows
Vibrating pillows for those guests with an hearing impairment, in the event of a fire alarm activation.
Walk In Showers
All of private ensuite bathrooms are fitted with walk in showers, with grab rail. Shower chairs are also available upon request.
