Habitat Hotel & Spa are confident you will have a great nights sleep, we are willing to guarantee it.

 

Our Goodnight Guarantee is our way of ensuring we do everything we can to put things right and to ensure we are accountable if we don't meet our promises.

 

To ensure you have a goodnight sleep, we do everything we can, including checking mattress and pillow comfort, room air cooling and warming.

What Is Covered By The Goodnight Guarantee?

 

If you experience an issue that affects your sleep, such as noise (from other guests or our team), its too cold or too warm, or uncomfortable bedding, then you are covered by the Goodnight Guarantee.

What Do I Do If I Am Unhappy?

 

If you are unhappy with anything in our room, you must tell us immediately by contacting our Front Desk, who will endeavour to put things right immediately, which in most cases we can put things right.

When Can I Claim A Refund?

 

You can claim a refund under our Goodnight Guarantee within 7 days from check out. We will investigate your claim and the reasons we were not able to put things right during your stay. We will notify you by email when our investigation is complete.

Refunds only apply to the room rate element of your stay and do not apply to additional charges and meal supplements. If you have booked your stay through a tour operator or a travel agent, you must ask them to claim under our Goodnight Guarantee on your behalf as we are contractually obliged to liaise directly with them.
