Environmental Policy

Habitat Hotel & Spa are committed to protecting our environment, so we are taking steps to ensure we don't do harm to it.

We have a strict environmental policy that ensures that all departments across Habitat Hotel & Spa are complying with this policy and regular compliance audits are carried out. We are determined that Habitat Hotel & Spa will have no negative impact either on the local environment or the global environment.

We endeavour to make changes, such as not printing documents and storing them by digitally.

Beach Clean Up

Our employees regularly take part in cleaning our local beach to ensure that we can remove as much waste as possible.

Bedding Changes

We only change bedding in all of our guest rooms in preparation for your arrival; therefore, reducing the amount detergents used.

Bee & Bird Houses

We have a number of bee and bird houses around our hotel to provide necessary shelter for both bees and birds.

Chemicals

We dispose of all potentially harmful chemicals in a responsible manner, ensuring no leaks to our surrounding environment.

Planting Trees

Each month we plant at least 50 trees saplings in and around our local community.

Printing

We only print documents when absolutely necessary, storing documents digitally.

Recycling

We endeavour to recycle 100% of the waste we create by carefully separating glass, paper, and plastics.

Renewable Energy

We use solar energy to meet some of our energy needs such as powering our Administration Department.
